Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy
At MT Chiropractic, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
If your chiropractic or therapy table does not meet expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns between 31 and 59 days are accepted with a 20 % restocking fee.
- Returns over 60 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.
- Custom-made or special-order products are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping fees and handling costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective on arrival.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment with no fee.
If the order has shipped, standard return policies apply.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team within 7 days of receipt.
We’ll arrange for a prompt replacement or repair under warranty.
