1. Shipping Regions & Services

Your order will be shipped from our UK, Canada, Germany, or US warehouses.
We currently support delivery to:

  • United States (Mainland)
  • Canada (Mainland)
  • United Kingdom (Mainland)
  • 23 EU Member Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Free Ground Shipping is available for orders over $50 USD within these regions.
Standard online orders are shipped via ground service. Expedited delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
Mt Chiropractic is not responsible for delays, mis-delivery, or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect information.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible for return shipping and re-delivery costs.

2. Shipping Policy

We offer free ground shipping for eligible products based on shipment weight.

→Free Ground Shipping (≤ 30 kg / 66 lbs)

Orders with a total shipment weight of 30 kg or less qualify for free ground shipping, including but not limited to:

  • Portable Chiropractic Table (Arena-180)
  • Chiropractic Drop Piece

Freight Shipping Required (> 30 kg / 66 lbs)

For products with a shipment weight over 30 kgLTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight shipping is required. Shipping costs will be quoted separately and paid by the customer. This applies to:

  • Electric Chiropractic Tables ( Fairworth, Prime, Absolute, Fairworth, Herrington)
  • Stationary Benches

Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery timelines may vary by destination. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

3. Domestic Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within the business days listed on the product page.
  • Estimated shipping dates are shown on your order confirmation.
  • Transit time varies by region: 1–7 business days.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. PST, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Hisooth is not responsible for delays, mis-delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to such issues, the customer will be responsible for return and re-delivery costs.

5. Curbside Delivery (For Large Items)

  • Large or heavy items are delivered to the end of your driveway via curbside service.
  • This service does not include in-home delivery, installation, assembly, or packaging removal.
  • Items will be unloaded from the truck using a lift-gate service.

6. Tax Information

Sales tax is calculated and added based on your shipping destination.

7. Additional Information

  • Tracking Numbers: Provided by email once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote islands.
  • Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your items upon delivery. Report damages or missing parts within 48 hours, including photos, for claims processing.
