Standard Warranty (2 Years)
- All MT Chiropractic Tables are protected by a 2-year limited warranty, covering defective parts or components resulting from manufacturing defects under normal professional use.
During this period, MT provides free replacement parts for any verified manufacturing defect.
Shipping fees may apply depending on region and service type.
Coverage Includes:
- Electric lifting motors, actuators, and control boxes
- Pneumatic and mechanical adjustment systems
- Frame structure and welded joints
- Drop mechanisms and flexion-distraction systems
- Upholstery stitching and molded cushion integrity
Excludes:
- Normal wear and tear (vinyl, foam, paint, etc.)
- Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification
- Damage caused by transport, improper storage, or accidents

Extended Support (5 Years Paid Parts Program)
After the 2-year standard warranty expires, MT offers an additional 5-year paid parts support service, ensuring long-term product reliability and maintenance continuity.
This program covers:
- Replacement of key mechanical or electronic components
- Ongoing access to original parts and repair consultation
- Priority technical support through authorized service centers
Note:
Labor and assembly fees are not included in either warranty or extended support program.
Return & Refund Policy
We want every customer to be completely satisfied.
If an MT Chiropractic product does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt.
Return Terms:
- Returns within 30 days: Full refund (excluding shipping)
- Returns from 31–59 days: 80% refund (20% restocking fee applies)
- Returns over 60 days: Not accepted
- All returned items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Limitation of Liability
MT Chiropractic shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of income or clinical downtime)
- Misuse or non-compliance with local medical regulations
- Third-party servicing or unauthorized repairs
- Injury or damage resulting from improper assembly or unsafe operation
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by country or region.
