Standard Period
- Structural frame & mechanical components: 2 years from the date of shipment
- Electrical components (motors, control systems): 1 year from the date of shipment
- Upholstery, padding, cosmetic surfaces: Not covered under warranty
During the warranty period, MT Chiropractic will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part found to be defective due to manufacturing or material defects.
Warranty Claims & Authorization
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and include:
- Proof of purchase
- Serial number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos if requested
- Prior authorization (RMA) from MT Chiropractic is required before any parts are returned or repairs are performed.
- Unauthorized returns or repairs will not be accepted or reimbursed.
MT Chiropractic reserves the right to provide replacement parts, repair instructions, or technical support without requiring product return.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
- Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Accidents, freight damage, or acts of God
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Use outside intended professional or clinical applications
- Normal wear and tear
Labor costs, on-site service, removal or reinstallation expenses are not covered unless expressly agreed in writing.
In no event shall MT Chiropractic be liable for loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Return Policy (Non-Defective Products)
Due to the professional nature, size, and custom configuration of MT Chiropractic equipment:
- Returns for non-defective products are not accepted once the product has been shipped
- All sales are considered final, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase
If a return is exceptionally approved:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Return shipping, inspection, and restocking fees will apply
- Any damage or signs of use will void eligibility
Freight & Shipping Damage
All products must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
- Any visible shipping damage must be noted on the delivery receipt
- Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery
- Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in claim denial
Upholstery Care Notice
Upholstery materials are not covered under warranty.
To extend service life, regular cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap solution is recommended.
