Four-Zone Manual Drop Techniques

The Fairworth-381 features four independent drop sections — cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and pelvic drop — designed for accurate segmental correction and smooth manipulation.

Each section includes adjustable bilateral tension controls, allowing chiropractors to precisely set drop resistance for different patient needs and techniques.

The mechanically balanced drop mechanism provides a consistent, responsive release for dependable performance during repeated spinal adjustments.

Manual Flexion Distraction Traction

Manual Lumbar Flexion System
The Fairworth-381 is equipped with a precise manual lumbar flexion system that enables vertical flexion from –40° to +22° and lateral flexion up to 18° on either side, giving chiropractors full control to restore lumbar alignment, reduce tension, and enhance mobility during treatment.

Manual Traction Mechanism
Designed for targeted spinal decompression, the Fairworth-381 supports 8 cm of lumbar traction and 6.5 cm of cervical traction, allowing therapists to precisely adjust traction distance for both upper and lower spine therapy to relieve disc pressure and nerve compression.
