Warranty Claims & Authorization

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and include:

• Proof of purchase
• Serial number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos if requested
• Prior authorization (RMA) from MT Chiropractic is required before any parts are returned or repairs are performed.
• Unauthorized returns or repairs will not be accepted or reimbursed.

MT Chiropractic reserves the right to provide replacement parts, repair instructions, or technical support without requiring product return.
